SMLA were appointed in 2002 as Landscape consultants by architects Chapman Robinson as part of an RIBA competition winning team to develop masterplanning and design proposals for a new Learning Centre as well as regenerating a local neighbourhood centre with a library, shopping parade and green links to adjacent parks.
