The project has been given the go-ahead to be developed to tender stage by the client Mulbury City.
The scheme will provide 134 apartments with Roof terraces and a ground floor courtyard.
Improvements to the public realm on Great Ancoats Street will include York Stone paving and trees in Corten Steel containers
Hopefully work on site should commence Summer 2016.
