Design of a new forecourt and tree lined link for a new Cinema restaurant complex within an existing retail development.
The aim of the project was to diversify the use of the development from purely retail into more social and leisure activity extending into evening use.
SMLA were appointed to produce proposals for Planning approval with continued involvement through to completion.
