The project has now been submitted for planning approval with Manchester City Council. The Project consists of an apartment block next to the Rochdale Canal together with 24 new affordable houses for Great Places Housing Association, designed by Buttress Architects. The project includes private gardens, and a residents garden to the rear of the apartments.
