The project consists of improvements to the car park and the development of a Habitat area in the school field.

The habitat area  includes outdoor teaching area a five a side pitch , growing areas , wetland and woodland habitats which aim to link into the school’s commitment to the Forest schools ethos.

There is also a creative use of excavations from a new classroom building to create a landform with an outdoor classroom and viewing area overlooking the site.

The project was completed in November 2016 .

The project has involved detailed consultations and workshops with school staff pupils and governors.
