SMLA were appointed by Rochdale Bouroughwide Housing to design and implement environmental improvements to the value ofapprox £800k on Hollin Estate Middleton .The works focussed on improvements to 22 negelcted low rise block of flats including boundary works/garden improvements and recycling facilities-as well as off road parking and general neighbourhood improvements.Structural issues such as unsound retaining walls were also tackled.
Practical completion was acheived in December 2014 by Groundwork Landscapes.The project has been well received by residents and RBH .
